1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and Babu88 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Where specific promotions or bonus offers carry their own terms, those terms supplement — and where they conflict, supersede — the general bonus rules set out in Section 6 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a Babu88 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Babu88 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances and will close and void any account found to have been opened by a person under 18.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Babu88 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any point. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Registration & Management

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Babu88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using shared device or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be voided pending investigation.

Accurate information required: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Babu88 will use this information to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Do not use a pseudonym or another person's details at any stage of registration.

Account verification: Verification is a one-time process. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid identity document and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. Submitting clear, genuine documents speeds up the process significantly. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

Keeping your details updated: If your contact details change — phone number, email address, or payment method — update them in your account settings promptly. Babu88 is not responsible for communications that fail to reach you because your registered details are out of date.

Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Babu88 support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally before the account is closed. If you close your account while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided per the bonus terms.

4. Deposits

Babu88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR — there is no currency conversion step and no conversion fee charged by Babu88.

Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. These minimums may be adjusted from time to time and will be shown clearly before you confirm any transaction.

Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes. Raast and bank transfers follow standard banking processing times for those channels. Card deposits are generally processed promptly but may be subject to your card issuer's authorisation process.

Deposit funds are for entertainment only. Funds deposited into your Babu88 account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. Babu88 does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period of account inactivity may be subject to a monthly administrative charge — the current charge and inactivity period will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Babu88 are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit, in PKR. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held until verification documents are approved.

Processing times: Standard accounts can expect withdrawal processing within normal business hours. VIP members at Platinum tier and above benefit from same-day processing as a standard expectation. Processing times stated by Babu88 begin from the moment the withdrawal request is approved internally — transfer times for your chosen payment channel are governed by that channel.

Withdrawal conditions: Where a deposit has attracted a bonus, the bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the corresponding deposit and bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited, and only the original deposit amount being returned subject to verification.

Withdrawal reviews: Babu88 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where the amount is unusually large, where account activity patterns appear irregular, or where there is reason to suspect a breach of these Terms. This review process is in place to protect player funds and the integrity of the platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Babu88 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — these are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at Babu88 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 must be wagered from that bonus balance before a withdrawal is permitted.

Eligible games and markets: Not all games and sports markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage; certain low-margin markets in sports betting may be excluded. The contribution rates for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.

Minimum odds for sports betting bonuses: Where a bonus specifies a minimum qualifying odds threshold (for example, odds of 1.50 or higher), bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering requirements. This applies across all sports markets including cricket, PSL, T20, football, and esports.

Bonus abuse: Babu88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements; or any form of collusion to exploit promotional terms.

Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are shown in the My Bonuses section of your account.

7. Betting Rules

Babu88 accepts bets on a wide range of sports markets including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Tests), domestic and international football, esports, and other sports as listed in the betting section. All bets are final once confirmed — once you click confirm on your bet slip, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the market is subsequently voided by Babu88.

In-play betting: Live in-play betting is offered across supported markets including PSL fixtures and major international cricket series. In-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions. Babu88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example, during wicket reviews, rain delays, or DLS recalculations. Any bet placed after an event's result is known — whether due to a delay in the platform's feed or otherwise — will be voided.

Void bets and settlements: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being reached; if the odds were published in error; if there is evidence that the market was manipulated; or if the event does not proceed as scheduled. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

Maximum bet limits: Babu88 operates maximum bet limits on all markets. These limits vary by sport, market type, and event size. Bets above the stated maximum for a market will be accepted only up to the maximum — the excess amount will be returned to your balance. VIP members at higher tiers may have access to elevated limits subject to individual review.

• All bets are accepted subject to the terms of the specific market as displayed on the bet slip.
• Accumulator and multi-bet rules follow standard industry practice — one voided selection reduces the bet to the remaining selections.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the settled price, the officially settled price will apply.
• System errors that result in clearly incorrect odds being displayed — for example, odds of 100/1 on a strongly favoured outcome — do not constitute a valid market, and Babu88 reserves the right to void such bets.

8. Player Conduct

Babu88 expects all players to use the platform fairly, honestly, and respectfully. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on insider information about sporting events — including any information related to PSL fixtures or international cricket matches.
• Colluding with other players to exploit platform features, bonuses, or game mechanics.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or latency in live game feeds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language when communicating with Babu88 support staff.
• Providing fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment details when making deposits or submitting withdrawal requests.

Babu88 monitors account activity continuously. Where suspicious patterns are identified — including unusual betting sequences, exploitation of error odds, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — Babu88 will investigate and may take action including withholding withdrawals pending review, voiding specific bets, or closing the account entirely.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Babu88 login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members. Babu88 staff will never ask for your password via any channel.

Shared access: Allowing another person to access or operate your account — even a family member — is a breach of these Terms. Each account is personal to its registered holder. If shared access is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Reporting suspicious activity: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Babu88 support immediately via live chat. Support is available 24/7. The sooner you report the issue, the faster the team can secure your account and investigate any unauthorised transactions.

Two-factor authentication: Where available, enabling two-factor authentication on your account provides an additional layer of security. Babu88 recommends all players activate this feature.

10. Responsible Gaming

Babu88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to every account holder regardless of VIP tier and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount in PKR. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit has a mandatory cooling-off period before it takes effect.

This includes but is not limited to: losses arising from betting outcomes; losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues; or losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform.

Babu88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. During periods of maintenance or unplanned outages, open bets will be settled in accordance with available market data once the platform is restored.

Babu88 is not responsible for any third-party payment processing delays or failures that occur within the payment provider's own systems — for example, a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction that is delayed by those providers' infrastructure.

12. Changes to These Terms

Babu88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — Babu88 will notify registered players via the email address on file before the changes take effect.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

Minor corrections — such as fixing typographical errors, clarifying existing language without changing its meaning, or updating contact information — may be made without prior notice.
